"Photos on hotels.com are extremely misleading, room I got was very old and tired. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. I asked at reception and was told none available for the room. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly but this does not make up for the room being nothing like the photos. Just old and run down and lacking facilities. Plus the Wi-Fi did not work for my entire two day stay. I’m assuming some rooms have been renovated but I got given an un renovated room...

"The front desk hours were not very consistent. They were closed intermittently throughout the day. My electricity went out on one side of the townhome. "I chose this hotel because I wanted to be near the airport in the morning. I arrived late - but the front desk had left clear instruction on how to get into the building and find my room. Very helpful, particularly in the dark! Rooms are clean, the general facilities looked good, though I didn't use them Alas the journey to the airport was slow, so if you have a flight in the rush hour, leave 40 minutes to drive from the hotel to departures. Still, it made a change from the chain hotels around...

"Our stay was ruined by other guests who were drunk and behaving badly. The jacuzzi was situated near our room and they decided to use it at 2 am. We were asleep and were woken up by a group running up and down the stairs outside and screaming and laughing. We were then subjected to this for an hour. We tried to contact reception but no one was available. We eventually asked the group to quieten and were given abuse. They said it was their right to use it at any time. Door to jacuzzi location...
