"A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "

"I had 3 nights in Messina and couldn’t have picked a nicer place. Great communication over my arrival and how to get into the property. Liked the personal touch of messaging me to check I was ok and had everything I needed. Highly recommend. "

"In realtà non potrei fare una recensione sul hotel Stella Marina.. in quanto al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che la struttura era chiusa da giugno. Siamo stati dirottati presso un’altra struttura a “soli” 1500 metri dalla spiaggia. Quest’ultima lasciava molto a desiderare sui vari servizi ( pulizia, colazione, acqua poca è ghiacciata..).
