"Great spot to stay. Free parking, secure. Good amenities some rooms are a little tired and need a revamp. We had broken basin and tiles in the bathroom. Still functional but looks untidy. Everything else is great, we like staying here. "

They reached out to us via email after my sister forgot her power bank offering to mail it back to us. 11 min walk to Kingswood station adds convenience. "Its always nice returning back staying 4 nights in Leisure inn Spires Leura close to the train station over the road and shops and cafe's down the road walking distance is great but iv found that the staff members at Reception on Checking in to be cheeky and fed up when asking for more tea coffee and Bin liners so felt like i couldn't go back and ask for more things i needed. My room was nice and clean i was given room 6 on the ground floor of the Lawson apartment block the only problem pswas...

"Exactly what we needed - quiet and comfortable bed for the night. Bathroom newly redone. Basic facilities. Common areas could do with modernisation as guest house as a whole is reminiscent of “bygone era”. "

"Explained the whole process of after hours entry to building when shut and early checkout out when shut which was handy. Also received text messages directly from the hotel if something had happened there (eg lifts not working) then another when they worked again. So great communication"
