"The hotel and staff were great however when we stayed it was exstremly warm 31 deg C. The rooms do not have air con and the only thing we could do was open the window whichthen meant our room would settle at 31 deg C. As it was cooler on the night we left the window open but we got a lot of noise from the train station. All in all yes we would stay there again as the staff were great and hotel spotless."

"The hotel was good overall. The walk up the hill from the train station was challenging with luggage. When we arrived, we waited about 20 minutes for someone to check us in. The sign at the desk advised we could call, however as we only had a data plan, we couldn’t. I walked the stairs and eventually found someone who could call the number. The small lift was helpful, and our room was big enough for a family of four. The beds were comfy, and the shower was good, though the room felt a bit dark....

Restaurant très joli mais n’y avons pas mangé. Service très aimable. Ménage n’était pas prêt à 17h ça peut arriver mais n’ont simplement pas proposé de verre pour patienter. "Recently renovated so no sign of 'tired carpets' or similar: everything immaculate. Possibly denuded of any real 'alpine' feel in the process though. Staff all very polite and helpful. My room had a hoid sized shower room (shiny floor as is so often the case - good job i had flip flops) but the room itself was far from spacious. Nevertheless the bed was very comfortable and the sounproofing was excellent. And what views! I was on a corner and had virws of mountains out if both - expecially...

"For a basic hotel, very good. No AC (but they never said there was, so that's OK). What I liked is that it was very quiet outside our room, so having the windows open on a hot night wasn't a problem. And in contrast to many hotels, while they had a duvet on the bed, they also provided a very light blanket, so it wasn't an all or nothing covering situation. And they had extra pillows. "What a gem! We had a lovely 2-night stay at Alparthotel surrounding one day of skiing at Champery. The hotel is lovely, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk from the Chemin de Verger bus stop. We did not have a car and were able to walk to a Coop nearby (grocery store and restaurant). The rooms were comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend!"
