"This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend."

"A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well. The restaurant has fantastic food and wine, so you don't have to venture too far. The pool and surrounding area is great for lounging around. Overall a lovely stay in Vic-sur-Cere. The decor is a bit tired and dated, but it didn't detract from the quality of service. Highly recommend it."

"Pretty hotel in a nice location but the rooms are budget and the noise in the morning unnaceptable. Squeezing a few more rooms in the basement under the kitchen was not appreciated. 5:30 staff movements on a Saturday while on vacation mean we would t use again. Not recommended for a quiet stay. "
