"This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend."

"The people running the hotel are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The hotel itself is older and the room was small but it was also inexpensive. They ask us not to flush the toilet or shower after 10pm, because the plumbing is old, but it is disclosured up front. The town is nice and the area beautiful. We hiked a lot."

"Fantastic holiday in a beautiful location - very well equipped house with everything you could need for a holiday. The house is a good size - we were a family of 5 so were in luxury! The games room was a big success with teenagers more used to xbox over the last year - table footy, pool and darts - several fun evenings! "When I checked in, I was so tired that i dropped my wallet on the way to my room. Thankfully, hotel staff found it intact & knocked on my door 15 minutes later. I'm very grateful to them for literally saving my holiday!"

"We didn't expect too much. We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered. We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. "Not sure what to say, it is an Ibis, as you would expect it is clean and tidy and everything works. The staff were very helpful. The location is on the edge of town, but it only takes a few minutes to get to the edge of town and find places to eat and drink."

"A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well.
