"Excellently situated on the high street. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room and facilities were ideal. My only criticism of the room is that the lighting could have been better. There were lots of lamps but they did not give enough light. "

"A small single ensuite room and comfortable bed. Limited parking in front of property but parking available on rough ground behind property. Friendly staff and lovely restaurant. I got the room at a discount price which seemed fair price for the room. "

"Absolutely fantastic choice if you want a budget option that doesn't feel like budget (who doesn't)?! I had booked an alternative on the High Street, but cancelled and plumped instead for North Hill Hotel having read their review. I didn't eat there, but you'd be hard pushed for a better venue for the price. When I stay there again I'll be trying the bar out! Thanks for a wonderful two night stay. "
