"This property is new and kept clean. The photos are beautiful. They provide great bedding and towels. There is good hot water, but water pressure is low. There is a great kitchen, but no cook wear or utensils which renders it useless. There is no heat or air conditioning. We visited in January and it gets very cold there in the winter. We brought a small heater, so we were comfortable enough, but without the heater we would have been warmer outside. I would stay there again, but I would travel...

"BEWARE looks clean but its not. I opened my sheets to a bedfull of hair. Immediately knew they do not wash big covers, let alone the duvet. Bathroom was clean but i was only given half a roll (USED) for 4 people. Toilet paper was gone the same night. "It wasn’t what we hoped for. I tried twice to message the app to ask a week before, but I got no response. I I thought about canceling and I should have. I was celebrating a birthday and I was looking for something close to the center of Zacatlan so that we could easily walk there, even if a little far away. "The property is in good shape it is located 15 min away the downtown walking the only thing I will suggest is to have staff 24/7 improve your communication the WhatsApp number takes a long time to reply, and have more options for breakfast. Other than that it’s it was good"

"The place is terribly run down. Humidity everywhere. Overwhelming sewer smell in the rooms. The light in the bathroom of one of our 3 rooms didn't work. We had to use the lights of our cells to use it. Absolutely horrible place!!!!!"

We brought a small heater, so we were comfortable enough, but without the heater we would have been warmer outside. I would stay there again, but I would travel with all I need to be comfortable there and I might try to find a place with air conditioning if it was a warm time of year."
