"I stayed here whilst attending a concert at the Uber Arena. I chose it mainly for its close proximity. Its location is really its main selling point with, not only the Arena being so close but also the Uber Eats Music Hall and many local amenities - restaurants, shopping mall and being a stop for sightseeing tours. As to the hotel itself, it's modern and clean and well maintained. But the service was not the best.. the reception staff were rather offhand and seemed distracted. The breakfast...

"Okayish hotel - you get what you pay for I guess. Room was decent size with a nice desk and chair for working. The shower was confusing initially - shower head on one wall but the controls were on the opposite wall, not something I am familiar with so it took some playing around but was fine. The shower head was very dirty for a hotel (completely covered in limescale) and put me off showering to be honest. The view was good and lots of nice shops nearby, walking distance to bus/trains. Lots...

"At check-in was bit of an issue, as originally booked the hotel as it said had laundry facilities which they didn't, explained that is the reason I booked this hotel plus it was extremely expensive due everything going on in Berlin, they gave me one drink card for the hiccup which I thought was bit poor "
