"For the price I paid I was VERY Happy with Résidence Lagrange Vacances Le Clos des Vignes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location right next to the park / beach . We ate out most of the time but everything appeared to be within the apartment for those who eat in. Furniture a bit jaded, but again for what I paid for it I can't complain. Would definitely return. "We were disappointed upon arrival to learn that the onsite restaurant was closed. Our stay was at the end of the season but we were unaware of the closure. This was the only problem with our stay. At first WiFi to our room did not connect but manager/owner worked diligently and successfully got it working! "I have stayed here before as it has a lovely pool ( nice to relax at after sightseeing) and is in walking distance to all amenities. The rooms are simple and clean with all you would want with the exception of a hook to put the shower head on, however works well when holding it by hand. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would happily stay again."

"One of our favorite hotels in France! Lovely location overlooking the peaceful Dordogne area in a tiny charming town. Friendly staff goes out of their way to assist guests! Fun ping pong. Fabulous dinner salad! Terrific breakfast with homemade treats and excellent fruit in variety. Wonderful pool with views. "Belves is a beautiful medieval village, and Clement V a great place to stay. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 2 nights whilst attending a wedding nearby, and as we were unlucky with the weather, they allowed us to borrow an umbrella, and also gave help with the best place to park in Belves with the local weekend markets going on at the same time. It would have been nice to be offered a cooked breakfast, as I felt 12.70 Euros per person to be erring on...
