"Nice location in heart of the city. Very walkable, easy to get to restaurants, bars, shops. Hotel staff are friendly. Room was comfortable, but a bit small. I upgraded to a double, and a bit difficult to move around. Clean and updated though."

"Nice stay in Bordeaux, close to the center. In order to walk to the center, you cross a beautiful bridge (only for public transport, bikes and pedestrians). Also you can take a ferry in order to cross the river. Comfortable room with a big bed. Nice shower with good space. Very friendly staff. Petfriendly hotel! "Excellent location, William gave me some great tips on where to go nearby. Hotel is opposite the Opera House (or something like that) and the pedestrian shopping area. Rooms are small and warm but great value for a cheeky weekend or overnight, easy access to airport tram. Will return."

" Quirky decoration throughout, confortable and clean. Staff were welcoming. Located in the city centre, so easy access by foot. There's no access by car due to barriers on the streets, so we had to use a local car park. At night, the area around the hotel didn't feel particularly welcoming due to homelessness, but this was a problem all around the city."

"The room was pleasant and clean, the staff were welcoming. The hotel feels a bit tired, in general. Free and secure car park was a bonus. Conveniently located for easy access to main roads. Used this hotel just for an overnight stay while travelling through france."

"This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk. "Nice room and property (including nice grassy area around the hotel for doggie walk), friendly staff. Unfortunately aircon did not work, which was a problem with our doggie. We had to open window to let fresh air in but then we could hear road nearby."
