"Andy, the night shift concierge did his best to accomodate all our requests, he's been super kind and professional! We expected a bit more from the staff at the breakfast area, the vegan/vegetarian options were there but the signs were difficult to understand. Plenty of non-dairy options but no chance to prepare a cappuccino (or just hot milk) with soya/oat. Amazing peanut butter, though! Very elegant and comfortable rooms with a very nice view"

"Good location just out of the centre. Easy bus links to airport. Room was simple but didnt want for anything....couldn't get tv to work but that wasnt important. Breqkfast would benefit from hot food bit its advertised as continental so cant conplain. Staff were very friendly ans helpful. I reported shower had a leak and receptionist took a bote to sort. Would recommend and stay again"
