"We arrived at 8PM, we check in 9pm, first room was duty, second room was without everting pillows, towels, bed sheets, we move again for a different room and was missing a blanket. I went the front desk about 7x, we had missing staff was around 11 pm . Anyway horrible.."

"A roupa de cama e banho era muito ruim, o chuveiro não esquentava e tbm caía pouquíssima água, muito pernilongo no quarto, porém reclamamos na recepção e deram inseticida e resolveu o problema. O café da manhã tbm não tinha muita opção, inclusive não tinha nem suco de laranja. O frigobar estava ligado numa gambiarra, que ficamos com medo de pegar fogo. Essa foi a terceira vez que ficamos nesse hotel, das outras vezes não tivemos problemas, mas dessa vez nos decepcionamos, pois a qualidade caiu...
