"This was my first trip to Rotterdam. I lucked out with this hotel. For someone looking for a typical hotel experience, simply look at the name. The staff was excellent and friendly. I rented a bike at the front desk and I was able to easily get around town. The note in the room was a special touch. The bar/restaurant on site was excellent. "

"Want to acknowledge COLIN the night clerk. He was just getting off his shift when we were trying to find our way to the train station. He walked with us to show us the way and tried to help us solve a credit card issue we had when we tried to buy tickets. Very nice man and very helpful."

"The place is near the tram. The room is huge and there’s kitchen with microwave and water boiler and even a coffee maker. Will stay again next time in different cities. We tried the one in Amsterdam too and it was equally great! "

"Stayed at the hotel with friends for Dordt in Stoom event . Ideally located , close to bus stop that takes you in 10 mins to town . Just one remark : breakfast selection was great . However on weekdays the breakfast buffet closes promptly at 09:00. I find that to be to early "

"This is a floating hotel! Very unique and unusual. Not a waterfront tower with a view of the water, but a small hotel IN the water. Made up of "lash barges", originally used by the American Army to send tanks and guns to Rotterdam. Make sure to read the history displayed in lobby. The location is superb- on a canal in Rotterdam, walking distance to many attractions and to transportation to others. We had a short walk to hotel from water taxi stop (we took this from cruise ship dock). ...

"What a lovely little Rotterdam secret! This hotel is run by the third generation of family, and they pay attention…. to you. Hospitable and warm, it is clean quiet and centrally located in walking distance to everything! The smell of fresh baked croissants in the morning and their lovely breakfast are the way each day starts in this pleasant hotel. Excellent value!"

"This is a great place to stay for business. Breakfast is good and dinner of you want it. Rooms are a good size with plenty of desk space. "

"The staff were all very friendly. Lot's of choice for the buffet breakfast. The room was clean, the only criticism is lack of electrical sockets, there was only spare one and that was on the opposite side of the room to the beds. The beds are a small single. Parking is available but if you arrive mid-late evening it maybe full, there is on street parking though. "
