"Over priced. Unfriendly staff (male cocasian with glasses) tried to overcharge for our 4 yr daughter. Facility showed in the website (eg indoor pool) costs 15 euro per person. Dinner courses comes with desserts bought in a supermarket (eg ice cream). Room is tiny and lacks facility such as a chair or sofa. Not worth the price. "

"Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly. We report the issues at check out as we checked in late afternoon, were going to stay for one night, and did not want to have other people coming into our apartment to clean."

"El hotel es agradable en general pero tiene cosas para mejorar. El entorno maravilloso en plena naturaleza. Limpieza buena y todo muy ordenado. Los "peros" de la estancia son la incomodidad de la cama, el desayuno poco organizado, ya que hay una persona atendiendo y sirviendo. La solución más práctica sería tenerlo preparado y expuesto para los clientes y que se sirvan al gusto. "The hosts of Más Prat have done a lovely job. The property while rustic is beautiful. The restaurant food is great. The infinity pool is beautiful. We loved our stay here and would return. Only issue is the 4km of basically single track mountain road and 2km of narrow dirt road to get there. "

"In general is a very nice property, as far as, comfort, breakfast, staff, the property by itself, and little details offered to the guests, such as daily fruit and liquor in the room. What we did not like was that the breakfast is offered from 9:00 to 11:00 am. If you need to leave early for any reason you will no have breakfast even if you paid for. The wi-fi is very weak and the A/C does not get cold enough. Overall was a nice stay. "

On se sent chez nous au bout de quelques minutes. Il manque juste peut-être une cafetière ou bouilloire dans la chambre."
