"I had a confirmed booking and when we arrived at 11.30pm I was told via an intercom at the door that the hotel was full.The person talking to me cut me off and wouldn't open the door. I had emailed twice through Expedia and then tried to ring up about 5 times about arriving late but had not got any replies before I left the UK.Luckily I had a tent and Google which found me a camping in the middle of the night. Incidentally Google insisted on sending me through tiny little streets in the middle...

"Nos alojamos con 7 amigos durante un fin de semana largo y disfrutamos mucho de la casa. la propiedad es hermosa y perfecta para un grupo. ¡Nuestro favorito era la gran piscina fresca de manantial de montaña! La anfitriona fue muy amable e incluso nos trajo tomates y pepinos frescos de su jardín. Antes de irnos, recorrió el resto de la enorme casa que también se puede alquilar. Es un hermoso espacio, ideal para una gran fiesta. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!"

"We had a great time at this amazing house. It was an extremely hot week and we made full use of the gorgeous pool. Lovey venue for a big family get together of 16. Plenty of space and loved all the eating areas!"
