"We enjoyed the accessibility to the beach, the kind staff doing the best they could with what they had. The facility is run down with broken trim and holes around windows. Got a lizard in our room one night!! It needs a lot of work/updating and this appears to be identified by a banner at the front advertising Sales with a Condo Complex coming soon. It will be sad to see this quaint Hotel torn down. It was probably gorgeous in the past and up-to-date."

"3rd time to this fantastic resort that’s as authentic Mexico you can’t get. If you’re looking for luxury, 5 star, white counters resort this is not the place for you. This is all about experiencing Mexican food, culture, and the people. Staff are all incredible, the beach is by far the best beach in all of Mexico and I’ve been to both Caribbean side and Pacific side. "

Mi único comentario es que deberían de dar dos llaves, ya que algunas veces ocupas salir dejando a alguien adentro de la abitación, quien puede llegar a dormirse o esta dentro del baño y no este disponible para abrirte."

"My reservation was for 2 adults and a 14 year old minor, but at the time of the reservation the receptionist stated that the minor was supposed to be a 1 year old infant so therefore they charged almost 1800 pesos more."

This property is a few minutes drive along the hard packed dirt coast road just outside San Pancho proper. There are little issues that some may fine detrimental.
