"Overall love this property. It is clean, it is in the town so you can walk to the nearby restaurants. The property itself is diverse and offers multiple pools along with other activities such as ping pong, etc. The one (and very large) downside is the parking situation which is why I could not give a 5 star rating. "SHOCKING SERVICE, DO NOT STAY! Our room was flooded on the first night due to the drainage, so I called reception and all they could say was someone will fix tomorrow. All our stuff was soaked which was very annoying. Following day they had said it'd been fixed, but the problem remained. They eventually agreed to change room but didn't even offer any compensation despite it being a downgrade. "Hote Playa is right across the beach, which is great. But that's about all the good I can say about this hotel. The rooms have the bare minimum, 2 beds with paper thin mattresses, a night stand, and a small tv. The towels are old and almost see thru, some had even been ripped in two and sewn around the edges. The walls were extremely thin, and the conversations from adjacent rooms could be clearly heard. For the price, I would have expected a lot more."

Very attentive staff who are keen to ensure you have a great stay and lots of opportunities to get involved with different activites throughout the day/evening both kid and adult freindly. The Included buffet breakfast was great value and provided a good range of food, a great option to have a quick and easy breakfast before seeing the island.
