"Not fit for a holiday home ,the owner has know idea how to run the solar panel system,we bought are own mobile air conditioning unit as it was over 40c inside the bungalow but were told we could not use it as she could not change the system to adapt it ! We switched it off but this lead to us having no electricity or water as the water is supplied by a electric water pump at this point we had to leave Regards Paul "

"Clearly attention to detail when it comes down to cleanliness and paintwork. My husband was especially appreciative that the ironwork round the balcony was washed! "We had a great week in the villa. The swimming pool was lovely and kept our kids entertained for hours. It was nice to be able to cook and eat in the outdoor kitchen and, as many have already said, we only used the actual house for sleeping. The host was lovely too. ."

"We had a lovely stay in Cala Egos. The villa provided little extras to make the start of the holiday really pleasant. The villa has lots of space. We enjoyed using the swimming pool. It is so close to the beach and the town. But it is situated on a quiet road. "

"The villa was perfect for us with an excellent location near to beach and restaurants but still in a peaceful area. The villa was well equipped and a lovely place to just chill out when we were not out enjoying the beach, marina, beach bar or one of the many excellent restaurants all within walking distance. "We had 12 people in the villa for a week (10 adults & 2 children) it was perfect for our needs. The villa worked for us, both inside and outside space, it was easy to reach Cala D'or (5 minutes by car) but also the surrounding areas with a trip back to Palma in one hour. It is worth having a car as taxis are slightly complicated as a villa pickup location (it is easy to get back there from CalaD'or.) Found a praying mantis and a swallowtail butterfly landed near the pool! "Booking pricess was easy, fair price for such a large villa. 4 families travelling separately and on different days, easy to register at the Homerti desk at Palma airport. My parents arrived early and the owner was kind enough to meet them at midday at the villa for an early check in. The location is rural and next to some farms so expect country smells (nothing too bad!) "Lovely room which was serviced every day. Sea view. Fabulous shower. Room had fridge which was handy for water, beer and wine! Great choices at breakfast buffet. Drinks good value if you're not all inclusive. Large pool with plenty of sunbeds. Luggage room and showers available if you have a later flight. "

"The hotel is lovely, the breakfast has a lot to offer... I would say the room is quite small and does not seem 4* and did have a sewer like smell from the air con. I would stay again but do think the price does not reflect the quality. "
