Everyone of these issues was brought to management the first three days and nothing was done. I stopped complaining. "A nice property, but certain aspects could be improved. The staff were friendly and attentive, the property's location is beatiful and fun with the occasional hippos showing up in the garden. The "room" was spacious and offered good privacy. However, the food was nothing really special (compared to other - sometimes cheaper - places in Uganda) and unlimited drinking water should be a given at this price."

"Nothing. They denied me the room I paid for and attempted to put me in another hotel in town without many of the amenities I had booked with them. Refused to give a refund. Refused to put in writing that I was being denied a room. The manager muttered "oh my god" at me when i asked if the place I was being sent had Wifi."
