The room was clean, but could have used some maintenance (bidet 1/2 functional, wall paper peeling, no hot water on last day, etc). "My stay was excellent. I went to visit my son who is stationed at Kunsan air base. It's walking distance to gate 3. Only problem is gate 3 closes at 1800. But the owners of the property were very nice and helpful. Breakfast and laundry is included with your stay. Amazing "

"일로 가끔 이용하는데요, 깨끗하고 조용하고 좋습니다. 조식은 먹어보지 않았지만 숙박할 때마다 직원들이 만족한다고 했습니다. 그런데 이번 숙박에서는 매우 불쾌했습니다. 함께 간 분과의 관계를 왜 물으시는지. 숙박업소는 여자끼리도 갑니다. 출장으로도 가고요. 직장이 인근이고 외부 손님들 오실 때가 많아서 여러 차례 추천했는데요, 혹시 전에도 그런 질문 하셨을까봐 오싹합니다. 앞서 추측하고 관계를 묻고 그러지 않으시면 더 좋겠어요. "

"직원의 실수로 ktx 기차도 놓치고 대신 고속버스로 서울을 갈수있도록 도움을 부탁하였는데 이것도 날자를 다른날자로 구입을 해주어서 직원의 두번째 실수로 고속버스도 놓침 참으로 황당하였습니다. 저의 잘못도 있었습니다.직원이 탑승날자가 다른날로 구입한 티겟을 확인하지않고 호텔을 택시타고 고속 터미날로 가서 확인이 되어 버스도 놓침 미국에서 오랜만에 한국방문을해서 잘몰라 내 스스로 구입을 하지 못한것을 후회하였습니다. 그러나 실수이었기에 이해하기로 하였습니다. 감사합니다."
