"Walkable distance to shopping centre and Christmas market. Good breakfast, just a shame some items weren't replenished. Basic comfortable room, would stay there again if visiting Aachen. "

"Things were great but we stayed there on sort of regional holiday 11/11.Music was right across the square which was okay in spite of the fact it went on until 3:00 AM. Hotel was not a problem if you paid attention to the door coding system."

"It is a great location. The rooms are a little worn. My shower had problems with drainage. I asked the staff to fix it and nothing happened. I told them again when I checked out. She said she would have someone loo at it. I prepaid for my reservation on Orbitz but then they charged my credit card when I checked-out. I can't seem to get this resolved and it is very frustrating"

"The first morning breakfast options were replenished when consumed. The second morning, bread, cheese, and meat were not replenished during the 30 minutes we spent at breakfast. The young man working the breakfast bar was quite friendly nevertheless."

"Zimmer wie beschrieben. Wir fanden es nicht gut, dass sich die Nachttischlampen nur zusammen anknipsen lassen. Entweder brennen beide oder keine. Unser Zimmer lag in der oberen Etage direkt am Treppenhaus; dadurch hörte man sämtliche Geräusche aus dem Erdgeschoss bei uns. Das Personal ist sehr kundenorientiert und freundlich. Es wird auch Deutsch gesprochen. Beim Frühstück gibt es frische Eierspeisen und Kaffee. Keine Wärmhalteplatten. Statt Brötchen leckere Baguettes. Mehrere Sorten Wurst und...

"Very tranquil place at this time of year , maybe busy in the summer, families type place , lovely contemporary room , open fireplace bungalows available also , lots of walks and cycle routes ,pool and wellness abit dated and the only negative were the restaurant staff ...maybe just a bad day . 9/10"
