"DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! I booked an apartment in March for April after spending hours looking at potential options. "We didn't get the property that we ordered, due to pest problem, they noticed us 1.5 hour before check in. We had no other option since they didn't give us a cash refund although we paid in advance so the offered us a small apartment above thier house with a promise to partial refund that we didn't get so far, 1 month after."

"Located on Google maps as "Villa AS," you may have issues locating this property when you get to zabljak. Host didn't speak much English, so arrival was a little rough. Overall, It worked for what I needed it for (a place to stay while I climbed Bobotov Kuk.) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to someone. "
