The receptionists said it should be available around 12.30. They still didn't contact us until just before 2.00. The toilet isn't big enough for someone with normal abilities to go in and close the door let alone someone with crutches. The shower is a great size. The floor needs a good wash. "We had the desert room at Windrose. The rooms are spotless and quite large. The chairs provided somewhere to unpack our bags. (Almost no rooms ever have enough hangers, hooks or flat space) We did not see much of Matt and Anna except at breakfast so felt comfortable hanging out in the living room to watch TV or read. It rained both days so we did not get to enjoy the several outdoor spaces. Breakfast was top tier with fresh breads and thick yogurt for the fruit."

"The property was beautifully restored. Furniture was modern and new. Kitchen was well stocked. There was a large verandah with lovely views to the water. The area was quiet. Walking distance of about 20 mins to main street. Parking was off the street to the side of the house. Very happy with our 3 night stay and would definitely book again. Only suggestion would be to fix the ceiling exhaust fan in bathroom as it rattles loudly when turned on."
