"Hard to find location. Looks like runs only on groups. Poorly staffed. A total disappointment. Staff did try to be helpful. However it’s seems to be a dying property. "

"Such a lovely hotel in the best spot, it’s right off the Main Street. The owner is super friendly and helpful as well as the cleaning staff ☺️ accommodation itself is very clean, great air conditioning and provides ammenities if you want to cook yourself!"

"I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for a quick visit in Ohrid. The receptionists were accommodating and the restaurant staff were helpful. The food in the breakfast buffet were not great. The room was dirty & dusty. The cleaner simply empties the bin and didn't clean our room. I had to prompt her to vacuum. Our booked room was a regular room and when I saw it, it was so disappointing. My daughter & I travel quite often and I can say that it's never a 4 star standard, not even 3 star!...

"Rooms were not properly cleaned, spider webs everywhere, full ash tray anf glasses left on the balcony, shower spilled all over the bathroom, fridge barely worked, pool beds all broken and couldn’t sit or lay on them Breakfest was okay but prefer not to drink cheap coffee The 5% tax if you pay with credit card instead of cash was annoying "

"Hotel is a good overall value. It has a nice restaurant attached with excellent but affordable food. Location is outside of the city but close to the main roads, so convenient if you are with a car. Rooms are decent, good value for the price"

"A wonderful run family hotel. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly. Jacuzzi in the room. Good breakfast with all you can eat. Would definately stay there again if I returned to Ohrid. Checkout was 10am, but for some reason I thought it was 11am. I was taking my time and could see everyone leaving. I pointed I thought it was 11am. No problem they said. I checked out about 10.25am. Super place. Comfy bed too. Piping hot water."

"We stayed at Villa Chingo for 3 nights in the top floor 3 person room. The accomodation had amazing balcony views and was the perfect place for a peaceful start to our holiday. The premises were clean and there were kitchen facilities to use. The host Lupco was great- very friendly and helpful- he was always available for any questions and help. The one downside is that the location is quite far from Ohrid town, so unless you want peaceful break or have a car, it may be a task to get a cab or use local buses. There is a nearby restaurant which is amazing and a small conveniece store 15 mins walk. Id highly recommend considering these premises."
