"Kieu Ann the owner was extremely welcoming. She coordinated tickets to Fancipan and us to all our needs. Beautifully cooked breakfast with fresh fruit. Great family atmosphere. Troubleshooting our language barrier and our late shuttle…. As a Canadian traveller this was our best stay thus far in Vietnam!!!!! BTW… Close to everything and highly recommended. "Nice for a short stay. We booked a room with balcony as per images, but our balcony was completely boarded up with bamboo so we had no view. There is little soundproofing and you can hear next door, people moving above you and loads of noise from outside. Room was clean and simple. Most disapointing was the breakfast, the food was basic and looked like last nights dinner heated up. Recommend going 3 mins down the road to Thong Dong for breakfast instead. Cleaner tried to open our door at 10AM...
