"Very nice people working here. Unfortunately the hotel had cleanliness issues and several instances of roaches in the room. When house keeping comes in they do not actually clean. They make beds and replace towels but no actual cleaning. Dirty surfaces remained uncleaned."

"Location was very convenient, homemade breakfast was great as well. But the best part of Sapa Local House was the staff. He allowed us to check in early after an overnight train and sorted our onward bus for us. We also hired a motorbike for the day which was very convenient - he sorted everything. We had a great stay "

"Property is built on a hill so you get some nice views. Room wasps big and bathroom had a separate shower with hot water. Bed had electric blanket as the room doesn’t have heat. Breakfast Pho was delicious. Would stay here again."
