The rooms are simple with few amenities (so you’ll need bring your own kettle if you want the occasional tea) but reasonably spacious (though with a rather bland colour scheme). Had a sea facing room on the 3rd floor with a small balcony that was nice. Late-night noise from various parties, nightclubs etc, from along the seafront was sadly a persistent issue (but not the fault of the hotel) so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. "The hotel/resort is old and outdated. It needs serious deep cleaning. The whole room smelled like smoke, dust, and mold. Shower tub has orange stains from people leaving their shower bottles there. Our AC was not working properly and the room was uncomfortably hot - also very uncomfortable to sleep at night. The staff was very nice when checking in and out."
