The manager at the front desk is terrible. We witnessed problems with other guests and had a very unprofessional attitude. At one point he tried to persuade my wife that in this hotel a king bed is considered 2 singles pushed together. The rest of the staff were excellent.

Absolutely beautiful views with many places to sit overlooking the sea. The rooms are great with big bathrooms and showers. The staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast is deluxe and includes champagne and fabulous pastries.

Absolutely beautiful property! We had a lovely room with a balcony looking out to sea. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Excellent reception from manager, enjoyed our brief stay. Only issue was noisy couple next door chatting loudly st 230 am. Couldn’t get the A/C to work so slider door had to be open, called front desk but she was unable to assist with the ventilation otherwise a perfect stay. Breakfast was outstanding!

Fabulous hotel. The staff were wonderful (especially Harry, the Front Desk Manager who is a credit to the hotel). The room was exceptional with a view to die for, the bed was comfortable, the shower first class. The breakfast was something else with the vast choice. When in Opatija don’t stay anywhere else!

This property was amazing in every way. It started and ended with Harry at the front desk, he was so helpful, friendly and warm. The room was beautiful and the breakfast plentiful. The gym was nice to have and the other restaurants and hotels in the Amadria family were able to bill directly to our paricular hotel. I would not only stay here again but I will always look for the sister hotels where ever I travel before booking elsewhere. Loved the place, the people and the town. I will definatly go back. thanks Harry for a wonderful time!

Really nice hotel good staff. Lovely views price of rooms resonable. Down sides 16 euro a day fopr parking even if staying with hotel and no discount is a joke and paying 16 euro a day for sun lounger your having a laugh. Nice touch with prosecco included with breakfast but staff should tell you when you sit down it is included or offer you some. Good quality breakfast lots to choose from.

Stayed 3 nights when we first arrived in Croatia -- what a wonderful, relaxing place to start a long vacation. Splurged on the double room with balcony and sea view--enjoyed drinks and snacks on the balcony with the harbor and sea views below. Though there was a lot of action at the harbor (party/starting area for a road rally with lots of noisy cars), the double paned windows shut out the noise at night. Wonderful modern styled hotel, great staff (front desk gave us good suggestions for restaurants just off the main Lungomare), great breakfast (lots of buffet selection and made-to-order dish), easy underground parking. Hotel located right on the Lungomare--a real treat to stroll in either direction. We also hiked up to the church in Veprinac one day and drove to Vela Draga and a couple of the small hilltop villages (including Hum, "the smallest town in the world").
