"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

Beim Abendbrot immer die Auswahl zwischen drei verschiedenen Hauptgerichten, wobei man die vegetarische Variante eher vergessen sollte. "Sleepy, off the beaten track, great location. Slight language barrier, but using some German and 'sign language' helped. Staff were very distant, but our stay was still a success. Hotel room was fine, bed was good, breakfast was a bit limited but still perfectly adequate. Eating breakfast with a huge wild boar skin on the wall was great!"

"The room changed just before arriving not for better. We agreed, needed a place to stay. Got a spare key, paid a deposit what was to pay back when returning. The key was returned as promised, the deposit not. I have asked it several times now. The impression they left is not nice."
