"Although the overall maintenance had not been complete, they were working on it, and I remarked to the manager that he must be a hell of a businessman to have kept things going as well as he did with the hit they took from reduced revenue during Covid. Tourism was greatly reduced by covid restrictions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and easy to talk to, and always helpful, even running errands if needed. It may only a one-star hotel, but I would stay there again if travelling to Tamale....

"This hotel is just outside of the central area of Tamale. It will accommodate basic needs only. There were issues such as the air conditioning pipe draining into the bathroom sink next door, and the shower not working properly. But for the area, I suppose it's normal. "

"It is a nice hotel but over priced since it tries to be a luxury hotel but does not have the attention to detail that a luxury hotel would have. The walls are dirty and in need of a coat of paint. The staff was very helpful. "
