"The service of the staff was very good. We can’t speak Japanese well but fortunately, there were English-speaking staff. And the non-English speaking staff were also eager to assist and try to communicate with us the best they could whenever we sought their assistance. Appreciate all the staff hospitality throughout our stay. The hotel lobby and public bath area were always kept clean. The room was spacious and clean as well, and the bed was comfortable. They offer snorkelling, diving, jetski and other activities too which was great! Bus stop right outside was helpful. The only negative was the closest convenience store is about a 15-18 min walk away, but we enjoyed the exercise."
