"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my room/apartment was spotless, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was disappointed by the kitchen staff and felt compelled to share my concerns. While sitting at the bar, I had a clear view into the kitchen, which had no door separating it from the dining area. I observed two young women plating food. There was no "hello" no "we will be with you in just a moment" but rather...we are too busy to help you, you are here five, yes five minutes early...go sit on the couch and wait. It was a rude arrival to our accommodations and left a bad flavor for our time in your hotel. A little hospitality...
