"The hotel is conveniently located just outside of Wroclaw along one of the main roads. On arrival, it gave an impression that it was very quiet because the reception area was very dim. In fact, the hotel was full because of a wedding party being held there that day. The receptionist was not clear if we had paid in advance or need to pay at the property. "Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Property is quite safe. Beautiful historic interior. Convenient location, just 15 min walk from the main station. Delicious and wholesome buffet breakfast. Clean and tidy. 10/10 for the service. But as my room was on the roadside, sometimes can be bit noisg if windows are kept open. Otherwise the location is also very good. Public transport accessible and close to all the tourist spots. Nevertheless the place is a 100❤️"

"On arrival at the hotel, we were very happy with our choice. Our suitcase had not turned up at the airport, we informed reception and it was there waiting for us the next morning. The reception staff were always very helpful and friendly. Or room was perfect, bathroom amazing. Breakfast - really good choice. Room only cleaned if you left the note on the door. we forgot one morning and room wasn't cleaned. but not a problem. Restoration story also amazing."
