"It was a nice place but I did have some issues I can’t ignore. The hot water dribbled out of the sink. I did call the front desk and they sent someone immediately to fix it. I got in the shower in the morning to find the body soap dispenser was totally empty. I had to wash with shampoo. I called about it but they never replaced it. I had to go to the front desk later that night and they handed me the bottle to replace it myself. I needed to work while I was there and the first night there...

"Having a shuttle to the Enterprise Center was a huge convenience. Room was not clean. For example, handles of drawers has dirt and crumbs, floor is filthy with dirt and stains, coffee pot was caked with dust. "

"The neighboring communites were hit by power outages caused by tornados causing a drastic overflow the hotel could not have prepared for. We weren't able to get in our room as rooms needed to be cleaned...caused delay (manager was on cleaning duty). Staff were friendly, honest and gave good dining recommendations. Expedia needs to update phone # for the hotel on the confirmation email."
