"Fraud alert. I booked, paid and turned up at the property. The host refused to answer the phone, eventually told me the property was no longer available, and refused to process a refund. I received no assistance from Hotels.com who put me through a long long menu only to say no service was available. Fraud, theft, what else can you call this?"

"I couldn't stay there and I couldn't get a refund. The room is so outdated, everything is old, I can hear the neighbors next door, there is, no privacy. The TV is like in the early 90's. It was a mistake that I made that reservation. Please before booking this place Ho and check tge room yourself. The staff were very nice and professional. Just the rooms are not good and worthy of the amount they are going for"

"All the staff were very helpful & welcoming during our stay, I would like to thank Timothy Wabuti, Konrad Wachenyi, Lucy Wanjiru & housekeeper Tabitha. we loved the location plus its also in a quiet area, close to many amenities. we had booked for a king size which was not available at reservation but the front desk moved us to a king size bed a few days after we arrived."

"The apartment was exactly as advertised. We had a bit of hiccups in the beginning but the team were very quick to resolve the issue and checked on us to ensure we were having a good stay. We had a late flight back and they supported us by letting us stay longer in the apartment. They also organized transportation for us from the airport which was quite handy as the driver knew exactly where to drop us as the complex is quite big with many buildings. I cannot say enough about the convenience...
