"Nice, friendly staff."

"Friendly staff and easy check-in. Room was clean but small. Comfortable bed. Only complaint was the guests above our room were very loud deep deep into the night, stomping around, yelling, in and out of sliding door. Not the hotel’s fault but made for a long night trying to sleep "

The guy was friendly about it and told us we could have stuff for free up by the front desk like drinks and snacks and what not which was nice but we needed our room cause I had my 4 kids and wife just hanging out in the car. He Told me he couldn’t tell me when the room would be ready because they were having issues with getting rooms cleaned that day I guess. The options I had were to wait and...
