"We absolutely loved our stay at this farmhouse! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized, even with labels in the kitchen. The wraparound porch has a ton of interesting seating options. The kitchen and dining room are large and easy to use and there was a ton of pantry space. The house was easy to find and very private. "Front desk clerk, John Lewis, is a gem! He is extremely helpful, entertaining, accomodating and very friendly! Excellent breakfast, Clean room, nice roomy fitness area, laundry room clean and central location right near I-77 and I-70! Close proximity to University of Dayton and their baseball field and sports venues. Right between McD's and Wendy's. Lovely comfortable spacious lobby! Would highly recommend!!!"

"Everything at the property was fine, staff were excellent. Overnight someone let all the air out of one of my tires, I had an appointment to see my brother in ICU and it was cut short because of this incident "

"The staff was very polite with excellent customer service. My dislike was the ice machine on the first floor didn’t work and the breakfast area wasn’t completely done meaning they had a waffle area, but no waffle mix and the selection of breakfast was limited to muffins and bagels some days and sausage patties and bacon but if you didn’t get to breakfast by seven, then you might not get no sausage patties because they only put like 5 to 7 out so very skimpy or breakfast they also had cereal. I would highly recommend for stay but not for the breakfast."
