"Stayed here while participating in the Evergreen Festival in Dec 2024. The location was just up the hill from the main festivities. It is a very central location close to many amenities, restaurants, bars and groceries. The hotel is currently doing some major renos in the lobby, so it did take a little from the experience, but this is only temporary. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. "This was the most disappointing stay during our first visit to the east coast. Thankfully it was right at the start of our trip and every other stay was excellent. Shower stall in the entry was awful. Musty smell throught "suite" was overpowering. Blinds not able to stay pulled down when we opened all the windows to air the place out meant anyone could look in from the main street. Bedroom window faces the front entryway to the rest of the house so there could be no privacy with non working...
