"Conveniently located downtown. The staff here were excellent- the first room i was in smelled alot like it had been smoked in. One of the housekeeping staff, Janice, happened to be there and assisted me immediately to a new room. It was no hassle at all. This was also one of the quietest hotels ive ever stayed in. Thank you for the hospitality! "

"Whenever I have a trip in Halifax I always pick the Barrington Hotel. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I like how close everything is to the hotel. The pedway is also a great bonus especially for the last trip I had. Didn't even take one step outdoors, between the attatched restaurant and the pedway which was wonderful because of the rainstorm outside! Will definitely be coming back in the future!"

"The hotel was nicer than I expected and I liked how there was a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in the room. The breakfast options were fantastic lots to choose from. The bed is so comfy and the room has a small window that’s able to open which is nice typically hotel rooms can be stuffy but I had a fantastic sleep I would stay here again :) "
