"Had appointment at Cleveland Clinic and hotel was conveniently located. The complimentary dinner and breakfast were quite a surprise and were excellent. Staff were tremendous and hotel was very comfortable. Will stay there again if we are back in that area. Would highly recommend you give this hotel a chance if you area staying in the Cleveland area. "The in hotel restaurant was amazing! The staff was SOOOO nice and helpful. The lady at the front desk (1-11-25) mid afternoon was soo nice even though i kept bugging her with stuff, she did hook me up with another free warm cookie. She also was so quick to provide me with a robe when i asked for one and a tooth brush (I was a grease fire apparently that day lol). Not my direct server at the restaurant but shout out to Shawn/Sean, soo helpful and he want even my server..."

"The Cons - The app sucks, period. It's not helpful in any way, specifically the digital key never worked, nor did the check out feature. It also gives very limited information on the actual hotel you are staying in. The room needed a deep clean. It looked ok on the surface, unless you looked closely.
