Reception was welcoming and after hearing about a bad night at a national chain the night before they promptly sorted an upgrade of room for us - so kind. The staff were uniformly lovely and helpful. A decent breakfast was on offer in the wood panelled dining room with views of the gorgeous gardens and the sea. A very pleasant stay."
