"We stayed in the Annex building which was amazing. We didnt realize they had drinks included so that was a nice surprise along with the beautiful lounge area, and we loved the jacuzzi tub. We spent 4 days and while I understand not changing bedding the rest of cleaning was pretty limited (eg: floors not done). Only other complaint is that the hotel wasn't as soundproofed as others we stayed at in Japan, so someone's kid running laps at 10pm in the room next to ours was very disruptive. Otherwise...

So there’s an inherent smell because of all this old furniture and on our last night, the sheets they switched were so musty and gross smelling that we couldn’t sleep and had to shower in the morning.
