"Big party going on when we arrived. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, second night was very quiet and nice."

Our room was very spacious and there was a common kitchen for cooking which we took advantage of as there was a grocery store close by (short drive but would have been walkable). Lots of character. "The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....

"We very much enjoyed the use of the kitchen, stocked with knifes, cutlery, pots and pans, cups, glasses, cutting boards, oven, microwave, cook top, coffee maker, fridge and freezer….to name a few! Tables and chairs and also some additional food needs were available. We also appreciated the containers for empty bottles, so as to have them recycled! It was mostly clean and someone came regularly to empty the recycling and clean up after those who don’t…smile. I am a tidy and clean freak so I did...

"Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Das Zimmer ist individuell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab viel zu bestaunen und zu bewundern. Das Frühstück wurde liebevoll zubereitet und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Betten waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Umgebung ist hübsch, das nächste Dorf fußläufig erreichbar. "Der var masse af spindelvæv og fluer på værelserne. Desværre heller ikke færdiggjorte lysinstallationer på værelserne så det var svært at orientere dig når det var mørkt udenfor. Udenfor heller ingen belysning så man selv skulle have pandelampe. Sengene hårde - manglede blød overmadras - kun en tynd billig en. Til gengæld serveres god mad og venlig smilende betjening - desværre også mange fluer i spiselokalet og ingen tiltag til at holde den væk fra maden. Så alt i alt ikke en god oplevelse til...
