"Very noisy hotel, I’d avoid if your looking for a good nights sleep. Coaches pulling up outside throughout the night dropping off and or collection people. Inadequate lifts for size of hotel, just one lift serving two of five floors. No air conditioning even in breakfast room. I will not stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly and the use of the spa facilities at the hotel sonnblick were great. The receptionist even let us borrow robes and towels as we didn’t have our own. The room was nice, although it could have had more storage space. It would have been nice to have new towels and a cleaner half way through the visit, or a vacuum cleaner / brush to do it yourself. The apartment was spacious and comfy, and the addition of a balcony was lovely. Would definitely stay...

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was quiet, clean, modern, and a great value. It also included the Zell am See/Kaprun Summer Card which saved us a lot of money at local attractions. The host, Helga, was really nice and answered all of our questions to make our stay even better. We would stay here again."

"The unit I stayed in was spacious, newly renovated and bright with a great view. Convenient location to go skiing. Bus stop and grocery shopping is nearby. Most restaurants are about 700meters-1KM away. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended"

"Once we arrived, the provided key door was not working and I could not open apartment door, I contacted them they asked to come to their office which located 15 mins in city center by car. To re-active the keys."

Apparemment c'était noté en 2ème page....on c'est bien fait avoir sur le coup là d'autant plus que l'appartement était...
