"Very good location, clean and all basics provided, however the plates and cups could do with replacing, as a lot of them are chipped and not matching. I arrived late, in the dark, and luckily my son lives in the apartment block next door so he got the key for me from the hausmeister. There is no obvious hausmeister office outside, he lives inside the block, so you would need to know which number he is in to press the buzzer for entry, and that was not provided. Also, no towels or tea towels are provided, which is quite inconvenient when travelling on a budget airline with only 10kg baggage allowance! The buses run from the road j ust outside the apartment, to the ski lifts and to Zell am See, and Kaprun centre is just down the road, about 500m, wbere you can find restaurants and shops. The Billa supermarket is just 2 minutes walk away. The apartment was also a nice warm temperature. "
