"We stayed here with our two kids (aged 8 and 10) when we went to visit friends in Yukuhashi. We booked two twin rooms (the biggest they had) and had one adult and one child per room. I think there are only two twin rooms per floor, so we were across the corridor from each other which was convenient. "The staff is friendly and helpful. They have luggage transfer service, taqbin, to my next hotel (with a charge). When requested, they helped me to ask the other hotel if they can receive my luggage ahead of my check in. Their check in/out is also very foreigner friendly. You use a machine which can display in japanese english, chinese and korean to check in/out (with the staff help)"

"Generally speaking, this hotel is very aged. For example, my Japanese toilet did not work. It flushed, but did not wash. The carpets are very worn, and entry is on the second floor, by stairs so carrying luggage is a chore. I did not have breakfast so no comment. Usual material supplied in the room was not (tooth brush, tooth paste, tea, etc.). Not recommended for seniors with mobility issues."

"Excellent. Room was great - modern, clean and a bit bigger than most rooms have found in Japan for the price. We reckoned it was the best place we stayed all trip and we stayed in some considerably pricier joints. Staff were accommodating to requests - pleasant and professional. "Simple place for a night stay after shopping at The Outlets Kitakyushu. its an old hotel but the room is decently clean and it comes with free parking. the service from the staff is really good for my stay"
