"On the whole, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. There was a hiccup when we check in and they could not find our booking. It took some time but was sorted out. One minus point was the drainage at the shower area. The drainage was not good and fast enough for the rain shower and it started to pond and eventually flow out of the shower area. That makes the floor very slippery and thus the chances of slipping and falling is high."

"Nicely appointed hotel, but could improve on certain things. The pool needs more maintenance - it has quite a few chipped tiles that could be dangerous. We felt the sharp edges a few times during our swim sessions, and are lucky not to be hurt. Also, the ladder was missing a few steps the first time we were in the pool, but that was fixed the next time we went. The pillows are also rather soft, but I guess that could be a personal preference. Finally, stickers in the bathroom advised us...

The caves and hot springs, picture perfect pool and all day dining. The villas are perfectly presented and provide so much more than a standard room, spacious living space and private pools, balcony over the water or furnished terrace...

"Lovely hotel and staff. The steamboat restaurant was a great experience, breakfast was very good but the main evening menu we found just ‘ok’. The location isn’t near any amenities but you can walk down to the town centre in 45 minutes. The hotel is on a very busy main road and the traffic is noisy at all times. Also the adjoining rooms don’t offer much privacy as you can hear your neighbour quite clearly. "

"Limited parking but the guards are very helpful. Shower water temperature keeps fluctuating from hot to cold even without changing the tap setting. Room is clean and doesnt feel cramped."
