"There was no laundry service in the premises but it is shown there is. I was hoping staff would be more attentive but they didn’t help us with the luggages to our room on the 2nd floor. "

"Fantastic friendly hotel, the staff and management are exceptional. rooms are very clean and comfortable, very good location within Georgetown, easy walking to everything, food stalls only 1 street away. Food at the onsite restaurant Le Vie is delicious fine dining with an upmarket ambience. Roof top bar is cosy, barman Sharafat is a lot of fun and incredibly helpful. "Staff were all very friendly. We went out in the evening and staff told us to take an umbrella although it was a light drizzle. All staff were polite and greeted all guests. It is my 3rd stay at Sunway Georgetown and we will always go back there whenever in Penang. Convenient with plenty of food around and walking distance to the best Tau Sar Pniah"
