"Perfect stay for my family of 5. Felt like home for us. The condition of property is older but well kept. The room we got was great had everything we needed. I Would like to mention the front desk is closed by 7pm. So for those coming in late, you will have to follow instructions left out for you at the desk. It was not difficult to get ahold of someone to get access to our room. We would stay here again."

"The places is nice to stay i was jist here for new years. The only problem i had was they dont kick out the people parking in the hotel thays not even stay at the palce makes it hard for parkimg at night"

"From the moment we arrived at Napili Shores Resort By Outrigger, we had a pleasant first impression. While the exterior may have an older charm, it is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which immediately puts you at ease. Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness and modern amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home, including a traditional coffee maker that brewed a perfect cup to start our day. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after our adventures. One of the highlights of our stay was the on-site dining options. We had the pleasure of dining at the Gazebo Restaurant, and I can confidently say that it’s a must-visit. The food was delicious, with a fantastic selection that really showcased local flavors. We didn't have the chance to try the other restaurant, but based on our experience at the Gazebo, I have no doubt it would be just as enjoyable. Overall, our experience at Napili Shores Resort was delightful. The combination of a clean, comfortable room, great dining, and a welcoming atmosphere made for a memorable stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Maui!"

"The staff were extremely polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and well maintained. Every morning we saw them cleaning the pool, hot tub and grills. They cleaned rooms after checkout and offer a complimentary stay at their nearby sister location for late flights like ours. If given the opportunity I would stay here again! "
