Parking was convenient and space was nice. The bathroom had hair in shower and on counter. Check-in was difficult because the office has very limited hours so you have tp walk up the street to another property to check-in. The worst part was that there was NO AIR-CONDTIONING in the bedroom, only a fan. This was not in advertisement!

Front desk communication when we checked in should have been better in advising us to park in the garage, use luggage trolleys and elevator to get our 3 suitcases to the 6th floor. From the parking lot in front of the reception, you need to climb 2 sets of stairs to get to the elevator. Later, when our toilet backed up and overflowed on to the floor, it took 3 calls (1.5 hours of vacation time) before maintenance arrived. This is an older property with no air conditioning but does have multiple fans. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Kitchen had basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils, but was not well stocked (oil, spices, foil, plastic wrap, zip lock bags, ect) and gave us the impression that no one ever “cooked”.

The property is good overall but the unit they gave us was not good. Firstly we had booked it for three nights, the bathroom was smelling a lot. On the first day they gave a notice to stay out for 2-3 hours and they are having pest inspection, which is very odd. They cannot ask customers to stay out for these, they should have just given us the unit which is already inspected so we should never have to stay out.

Best Deal in Lahaina
Best deal in Lahaina, although 15 minutes from town. Very quiet. Late Check in was a little confusing, but the morning receptionist was super friendly and juggling phone calls and people. Property is older, but grounds are gorgeous. Quiet location. Excellent for families. Only 4 stars because we had to figure out a way to cool the master bedroom, which was a sauna. On the good side, $20 per night resort fee is very very cheap for Hawaii.

Property was nice.Check in was easy but 4pm is a little late to check in. The staff was nice. Our condo was a little on the dark side but on a plus the condo was nice a cool. The Lanai was just looking at a fence and wall.

Property right across from small, nice beach & park. Feels more of residential feel than the more touristy areas, but is close to most of shops, restaurants and more. Quiet streets & great hot tub. We did not have an ocean view room but it was comfortable. With only bathrooms upstairs, it made it a little awkward for the fifth member of party sleeping on sofa downstairs. Saw no notation of that in information of property.

Our stay
Good property (everything worked). We arrived after normal working hours due to a flight delay but were able to contact the office and got help about retrieving the key and instructions for completing the paperwork the next day. Nice beach at the associated property across the street. Easy check out.
